		<description>Thanks, very helpful tutorial.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The motion daemon dies quite silently if it can&#039;t write to its output directory.  Daemon runs as user &quot;motion&quot;.  Took a few minutes to figure that out.</description>
